In the Dark | Note 50

It’s almost mid-December again. This year the Christmas mood has not yet materialised. The potted blue spruce, which graced our lounge with its sparkly presence all throughout the Christmas period last year, is still enduring the rain in the garden. It has done so well surviving all twelve months and I am apprehensive about forcing it indoors again. I would hate for it to die only because I want to drape it with baubles and tinsel.
